In fact, the minister assistant who was assigned to chair the service today did a fine job,  probably didn't have to practice for weeks ahead, and chose as the Buddhist reading, "Here is the Pure Land", from Thich Nhat Hanh's "Finding Our true Home":

I smile in mindfulness
And dwell in the present moment...
